This past weekend we took our first road trip with Mallory to Atlanta. She was such a great car rider by snoozing the entire way there and back! We were a little worried that she might not sleep as well being in a different bed but she had no problem. On the other hand, her mom and dad are going to have to get used to sharing a room on trips with a grunting sleeper! Mallory had a great time playing with her cousins, Harrison & Hewitt, and was snuggled and loved bunches by her Uncle Chris, Aunt Rachel and her Grandmama and Granddaddy. Thanks Chris & Rachel for the great hospitality and not minding some indoor squeals!
We also got to celebrate Grandmama's birthday by going to the Atlanta Botanical Garden's "Garden Lights, Holiday Nights". It was a really fun evening complete with dazzling lights, real life carolers, some super cool dance moves by Harrison and even a "Santa Mantis"! Mallory may have snoozed through the entire event but I'm sure she'll get in on the action next time!
